Together, we’ll de-tangle life's challenges and find your way forward at your own pace.For support outside of the standard 9-to-5, we offer premium in-person appointments at Solstice Park.- Flexible Hours: Available six days a week, including evenings and weekends, to fit around shift patterns, professional commitments and family life.- Online Capacity: Discrete and secure 50-minute sessions (from £50) are available most weekdays, typically with little to no wait times.We believe high-quality therapy should be accessible to everyone. Our low-cost service offers 'Blue Light' and Student rates NHS staff, Armed Forces personnel, and their partners.

From £150 per session, we meet for 90 minutes every two weeks, intentionally allowing time between sessions for you to notice one another, to reflect on our work, and make actual change happen.
